In protest against the establishment power

My Recent Posts

One might think that the party and power behind Wasserman Schultz is completely tone deaf, sending DWS out to recapture the "hearts and minds" of Haitian immigrants. That is a mistaken notion.

The pitiable Haitians are not unaware of DWS' role in Hillary's crooked campaign, or the $Billions stolen from their suffering relatives back home, by Hillary and the Clinton foundation.

DWS' appearance was an exercise in power, showing one and all that the puppeteers believe that they have total control of the process and are immune to any repercussions. With a fifth column masquerading as the fourth estate and an infiltrated and subverted government power structure at every level, they might be right.

Except for the voices of the people, raised here and there in protest against the establishment power, current events give no hint to the contrary.

Democrats are pure evil.  Their media and schools have brainwashed millions of Americans to think Trump is the issue, as they hide their own corruption.  WB has about 12 men who are badly deluded, but view themselves as enlightened.  Every Democrat in power is a sign of the ignorance and corruption of the voters who elected them.
Luther Wu Added Jun 11, 2018 - 6:57pm
I'd agree with your assessment, as applied to the Democratic leadership. Still, it would be hard to see my Democratic acquaintances as merely misinformed, since they invariably reveal themselves as having the worst sorts of motivations behind their thinking. Maybe I just need to meet others. Surely there's someone, somewhere...
Ryan Messano Added Jun 11, 2018 - 7:35pm
You are right about that.  I've never met a Democrat man who avoids all sex outside of marriage, including porn, and masturbation, who doesn't use psychotropic drugs, who doesn't have a hellivision, and who understands history and reads widely.

They are nearly all libertines and/or severely uninformed due to their own choices. They are also very stubborn and proud, and while you would suppose that those not well versed on history would be eager to learn, in fact, the less they know of history, the less eager they are to learn it.
Luther Wu Added Jun 11, 2018 - 7:47pm
I would add to my incomplete comment about the Democratic leadership, as being applicable to many in leadership positions throughout government and industry, regardless of political stripe.
How is it that so many who gravitate to positions of power are  exactly the sort that no one would rationally entrust with power?
Ryan Messano Added Jun 11, 2018 - 7:53pm
Yes, so very true.

I recently came across a new word, that I think is relevant to this conversation.
Kakistocracy: Government by the worst persons.

Also, apathy and corruption of the American people enable it.  If we banned porn, psychotropic drugs, and got rid of our hellivisions, while reading widely and deeply again of worthwhile literature, we'd fix most of our problems pretty quickly, and we would eliminate every Democrat politician in America, and most of the Republicans.

Ward Tipton Added Jun 11, 2018 - 11:45pm
It would be foolish to claim that there is no differentiation between the left and the right as there are a great many differences relevant to the plebes of society. However, at the end of the day, both the American Aristocracy and the Establishment Elite are each equally as evil as the other.

Tragically perhaps, those who seek power, will often use whatever power gained to obtain more power.

More tragically perhaps, the vast majority of the population just wants to go out to slave away at the debt of their dear leaders, and at the end of the day, head home, pop open a forty and pretend that as long as their little corner of their world is "free" to the extent that it is, life is good.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of the world wants to be led around, very comfortable in their chains. Some would even argue that a right jackboot or a left jackboot crushing the throat, is actually more comfortable than the opposing one accomplishing the same thing.

To the person known as "Flying Junior", in re your two comments,

My take was that George M. Romey is certainly astute enough to appreciate the subtle irony of "George Romney" being upset with the deep state. Apparently, those with the perceptions and mindset of a fly, can't make the connection. Flies can buzz off.

Autumn recruited me yesterday and she posted that article, including the link to the original item from which my comment was taken. The  link "specific"-ally included the following:
"In front of a group of Haitian-American Democrats in Sunrise Florida, the Sun Sentinel tweeted that Wasserman Schultz urged the election of the “Democratic Congress” to “be a check on this vile wack job who is in the White House.”

You've already exposed yourself in several ways, including your lack of reading comprehension. You might try reading the site rules, for starters. From those rules, I was hoping to find a higher level of discourse here at WB, but this is the world as it is. No problem.
You won't realize it, yet, but in this game, you are in over your head.

In case you haven’t noticed Debbie Wasserman Schultz is no longer a member of the establishment.  Because of that she’s essentially a powerless civilian like you and me.  Accordingly, what she thinks about Trump or anyone else is nearly irrelevant and says nothing about the establishment. Speaking of the establishment, is it safe to assume you oppose all politicians elected into public office?  After all, anyone elected is a defacto member of the establishment and the establishment has power.

Here it is, in a nutshell:
The enmity Haitians currently have for all things Clinton is well known.
DWS exhorting Haitians to scorn Trump is laughable, on it's face, but hints at deeper purpose, something Orwellian, where those who sent DWS to the Haitians think that they have so much power, that they don't care if people realize the extent to which they are being lied to and manipulated.
You might notice, I didn't mention Democrats, by name, at least.

Mustafa Kemal,
The modern term, "Deep State" is as good as any.
One can become a little unsettled and think that he may have slipped into tinfoil hat territory, by exploring the world of politics and finding that unseen hands pulling strings, really are out there.

It might even be the case that the tripnuttery seen in some of the more infamous YouTube conspiracy videos, has been strategically placed, in order to give cover to those sordid discoveries of behind- the- scenes maneuverings which happen to be real;
"It's just another conspiracy theory".

By the way, I certainly enjoyed your article on your namesake and learned a lot. I had a Turkish friend, while in college, who introduced me to the delights of Turkish tea.

Glad you enjoyed the article. Turkish mathematician, mmm,.

Rize Chai ( Turkish tea ) is not as good IMO as good chinese tea, but I really like it anyway.   That BTW, is another of Kemal's accomplishments. For financial independence he got the Turks off of coffee and onto tea instead. They searched for the best place and chose Rize on the Black Sea for their national source of tea. The canyon walls are covered with it.
In the finest hotels in Istanbul, when you wake up in the morning and want coffee with your breakfast, you get Folgiers........... Welcome to Turkey!

I spent a lot of time in tea houses.
Then at around 2-3pm, Turkish coffee with a little sugar and you are set for the rest of the day.
During Ramazan, you can go in them, take a seat, purchase nothing, and take a nap.

Partly. There is so-called "maraboutage" or witchcraft, which is, in my view, partly superstition and partly psychological influencing. A wide field. What we have, especially Mande people (Bambara, Malinké etc.), is a cast society where you have 4 classes:

1. The hòròn (nobles -> warriors))
2. The djali or djeli (historians, political advisers, musicians, see for example families like the Kouyate (my wife is a Kouyate), Diabate, Koita etc.)
3. The forgerons (the French expression for handicrafters)
4. The jòn (slaves). But that's not comparable with slavery as it was in the US ans still present in North African regions like Mauritania or Sudan. The jòn are members of the family, live with them and do the housework. Just like....well....maids or gardeners..

But the cast "tradition" is dwindling, also thanks to people like Salif Keita, an albino "hòròn" who, as a noble, was not allowed to play music (this used to be forbidden for other classes than the djeli), spoke out against that system and made also the killing of albinos for superstitious reasons public.

Even in those places time does not stop.

It is mainly a subject in Southern West Africa. Although Mali, Senegal, Niger or Burkina also are in the sphere of Poro influence (for example the Peulh or Pulaar people, herders which spread from Senegal right to Northern Cameroon), it is still more a subject of Southern countries which were Christianized and still have a large animist population (see Cameroon for that -> chefferies). Why ? Because the more north the more Islam, and Islam is a religion which is far more influencing daily life than all others are due to its prayer system. But of course fetish is still around everywhere. And....secret "messages" are put forward in Arab letters......

In fact Haiti is perfect for the Clintons and DWS to penetrate.  It is the poorest country in the Caribbean and therefore has the sympathy of most Americans.  Yet it has almost the highest GINI index of all countries worldwide.  This means it has nearly the highest imbalance between the rich and poor.  This implies money going to Haiti for relief must travel a gauntlet of greedy hands before even a dime gets to the people.

In this case, "Follow the money" is the perfect mantra for the ultra-corrupt both here and there.
Carole McKee Added Jun 13, 2018 - 11:11am
Ryan, there you go. Labeling me. I rule simply by intelligence and common sense, and I live for today and the future. Dragging Hillary, or anybody, through the mud long after they left the public eye, is just a waste of time and energy. I recall trumpists saying that whatever trump did before he became president shouldn't matter. Well, guess what. Whatever Hillary did before she became president shouldn't matter anyway. Oh, that's right. She didn't become president. So why are you dragging her through the mud? It shouldn't matter.

And you don;t have to label me as "poor" anything. But anybody who still backs that saggy-faced, slack-jawed, fat-assed moronic pig needs extensive therapy. The G7 countries now call the United States irrelevant. IRRELEVANT!! We were always respected, until now.

I don't vote party, and I never have. I was ready to vote for McCain until he selected another idiot as his running mate. He has since said he wished he hadn't. I would have voted for John Kasich if he had gotten the nomination. Or Martin O'Malley on the Democratic side. I don't vote Democratic. I know many--so many--Republicans vote Republican, no matter who is on the ticket. It could be a baboon...oh, wait...it was...and Republicans voted for him.

What the narrow-minded people do not seem to understand is that trump is neither Republican, Democrat, or Independent. He belongs to the Trump party. All trump, and only trump. Oh, and not capitalizing his name is not a mistake.  I have no respect for him, and I will not dignify him with a capital letter.

And I am aware that just because something is in writing, doesn't make it truth. You keep spouting "FACTS." What facts? Things you have read? That's like believing statistics, when most outcomes of statistics are manipulated to make them so.

There's scarce data to be had about Poro culture, designed as it is to be impenetrable to the uninitiated. Still, they've provided enough clues to astute observers, to see it as a sort of proto- paradigm for enforced collectivism, replete with swift and brutal retribution against any who break silence and divulge secrets of the local troika.
One knows the bird by the feather, even though we don't know the words to Robin's song.

The release today will be of a Rod Rosenstein- modified and redacted version of the IG report. Apparently, RR, the man who threatened Congress, while trying to stifle their inquiries, doesn't believe that either the people, or their elected representatives can handle the truth. More like, he doesn't want them to hand him his head.
Scuttlebutt has it that POTUS was given a fully unmodified and unredacted copy, so it's all about to get interesting.

Why must everything be some grand conspiracy?  Rosenstein knows Trump can un-redact anything he redacts.  So the reason for redacting could be justified, you have no idea.  You just like to brandish anyone involved with government sans Trump as members of the Establishment, no matter the facts.

Hey Johnny Fever,
How are the Reds doing?
This response might take awhile, since I'm listening to Pharoah's Dance and just can't help gettin' up dancin' and playing air trumpet every so often, so bear with me.

First off, I found Utpal's assertion was entirely too silly and vacuous to merit more than the one- word response which I gave him. I see that you've expanded on that theme, but let's move on to a more substantive discussion, shall we?

Why would  Rosenstein go to such trouble to create a modified and redacted report for public consumption and then why would the  general public be first made aware of the report via the MSM broadcasts of FBI director Wray's press conference, introducing the white- washed redacted and modified report to the American people?
Without the whitewashed report, Wray wouldn't have been able to tell Mom and Pop America, "nothing to see here, folks".

Unfortunately for Wray, the report only confirms what has been known through internet channels for months (and years, in some cases.)  Wray just betrayed himself, bigly.  Now, we now where he stands.
We already knew about Rosenstein. I mean, the man threatened members of Congress and their staffs, if they pursued inquiries into these goings- on. Does that mean anything to you?
The active cabal highlighted by what's in (and left out of) this report is not the friend of the Republic. They are treasonous scum and a giant great big yuuge hammer is gonna fall and soon.

Meanwhile, you have personally picked up someone else's inane attempt to sidetrack any discussion of current malfeasance in high office, by his effort to paint me as a conspiracy theorist and you've deluded yourself into thinking that they are your own thoughts.

Now that there are two of you pursuing this vapid meme, well press on, I say.  You were pleasant and nice to me, so I'm also being nice, for now..
But if you come back, speak to me with something relevant and original and truthful, or I'll destroy your arguments and embarrass you right here in front of God and everybody.

First off, I thought Utpal’s comment was spot-on and substantive, but happy to move-on.

Second, Rosenstein’s report wasn’t white-washed, that’s just the term you’re using to discredit and belittle him.  All public documents need to be reviewed to make sure they’re not releasing information that could jeopardize national security or other sensitive matters.  Would you like some examples of why redaction is necessary?  Rosenstein wasn’t the first to do this and he won’t be the last.  He should be applauded for his efforts, unless you can prove his efforts are intended to harm Trump or are some form of political advocacy.

Third, unless you can produce the un-redacted version of the report and it clearly shows Rosenstein omitted information for the sole purpose of harming the president, then you can call him “treasonous scum.” Until then, he deserves the benefit of the doubt.

Fourth, you’re basically saying Rosenstein is secretly working as a political operative with the intention of harming Trump.  Because he’s not acting alone, you think he’s a member of the Deep State, which has the same intention.  I give people the benefit of the doubt unless one can prove otherwise.  This all makes you a conspiracy theorist.
